Water ingress into the motor of the wiper assembly is one of the most frequent faults of the wiper motor, and the water ingress in the general motor will directly cause the function of the wiper motor to fail. The main reason is that the sealing ring fails or the design of the sealing groove and the sealing ring is unreasonable. There are generally two reasons for overloading and burning. One is that the wiper motor shaft is overheated and burned due to the overload operation of the wiper assembly. The second kind of failure is generally caused by the material of the main shaft is not rust-resistant, and it can be properly replaced with a rust-resistant and waterproof material to manufacture the wiper motor shaft of the wiper assembly.
